Sales Executive (Salary Loan / Wealth Management) - Oyo

Position Overview

As a Sales Executive at Rosabon Financial Services, you will serve as a liaison between customers and our financial institution, helping qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner while managing the complete loan processing lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduce different types of loan and wealth management products
• Determine applicable financial ratios and metrics, and establish debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients to request or provide information throughout the loan process
• Justify approval or rejection decisions and prepare detailed reports
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies, restrictions, and terms
• Review loan agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy according to company policy
• Update account records, compute payment schedules, and process transactions in the ERP system
• Confer with underwriters to resolve loan application issues and challenges
• Collect and prepare all materials needed to process loan and investment transactions
• Develop referral networks and suggest alternate channels to cross-sell products and services
• Build trust relationships, foster customer loyalty, and ensure satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
• Drive deposit mobilization to meet established targets
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and lending guidelines
• Stay current on loan products, investment options, and other financial services
