## Title: Sales Executive - Salary Loans & Wealth Management (Lagos, Osun & Oyo)

Position Overview

We seek a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team and drive loan and wealth management product sales across Lagos, Osun, and Oyo regions. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and our financial institution, facilitating timely loan acquisition for qualified applicants while maintaining compliance with all lending regulations.

Scope and Impact

In this role, you will be responsible for selling various loan products and acting as a bridge between customers and our financial institution. You will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner while collecting and preparing all necessary materials for transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
  • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
  • Determine applicable financial ratios and metrics, and establish debt payment plans
  • Review and assess loan applications to evaluate potential risks
  • Communicate with clients to request or provide information as needed
  • Justify approval and rejection decisions and prepare reports
  • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
  • Review loan agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy according to company policy
  • Update account records, compute payment schedules, and process transactions on the ERP system
  • Confer with underwriters to resolve loan application issues
  • Assess customer needs and introduce appropriate loan and financial service options
  • Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services to achieve sales quotas
  • Build trust relationships and ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
  • Operate in full compliance with lending laws, regulations, and company compliance guidelines
  • Manage deposit mobilization to meet established targets
  • Stay current on loan types and other financial services offered

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achievement of monthly loan and investment sales targets
  • Reduction in non-performing loan ratios
