Sales Executive (Salary Loan / Wealth Management) - Abuja (FCT) and Benue at Rosabon Financial Services

Scope and Impact

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling various loan products and acting as a liaison between customers and our financial institution. You will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner and support their financial goals.

Job Summary

The Rosabon Sales Executive is required to collect and prepare all materials needed to process transactions (loans and investments). You will be responsible for reviewing loan applications, evaluating potential risks, and ensuring timely processing of qualified applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Determine applicable financial ratios and metrics, and establish debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients to request or provide information
• Justify approval and rejection decisions and report on outcomes
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Review loan agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy according to policy
• Update account records, compute payment schedules, and process transactions on ERP systems
• Confer with underwriters to resolve loan application problems
• Update job knowledge on loan types and other financial services
• Assess customer needs, explore available options, and introduce appropriate loan products
• Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels, and cross-sell products and services to meet quotas
• Build trust relationships, foster customer loyalty, and ensure satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
• Operate in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and lending compliance guidelines
• Support deposit mobilization to meet set targets

• Achievement of monthly loan and investment targets
• Reduction in non-performing loans
