Job description

This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and convert new real estate business opportunities - Sell residential, commercial, and land assets - Build and manage relationships with buyers, investors, and corporate clients - Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings - Negotiate, close deals, and manage sales documentation - Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets Requirements: - 5–8 years’ experience in real estate or high-ticket sales - Proven record of successful deal closures - Strong network within the real estate market - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Salary N300,000 - N500,000 per month.
