## Title: Sales Executive - Luxury Appliances
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue generation and maximize sales of our luxury appliance products and services. In this role, you will be directly responsible for sourcing potential customers, establishing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and establish contact with prospective clients to drive appliance sales
- Identify wholesale buyers such as real estate developers and pitch sales for upcoming projects
- Maintain correspondence with existing and prospective clients through email and phone follow-ups
- Deliver accurate product demonstrations and educate clients on appliance features and benefits
- Create sales quotations for prospective buyers
- Demonstrate effective negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales
- Identify high-potential clients and encourage attendance at product demonstration events (cooking classes, laundry demonstrations, etc.)
- Prepare and distribute product brochures to inform clients of available offerings
- Negotiate product terms and conditions with clients
- Coordinate with the customer care unit to ensure seamless installation and commissioning of appliances
- Follow up on client satisfaction post-installation and purchase
- Work with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and provide feedback within 24 hours
- Drive sales of care products and accessories to existing and prospective clients
- Persuade clients to purchase extended service plans
- Handle client complaints during the one-year warranty period and escalate issues to the customer service team as needed
- Ensure all potential clients visit the showroom
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in luxury products or appliances
