## Title: Sales Executive – Lekki

About the Role

ICS Outsourcing Limited seeks a dedicated Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Lagos market. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing B2B sales opportunities in the enterprise solutions space across both private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and pain points; develop tailored solutions across ERP, cybersecurity, cloud, analytics, and managed IT services
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and pitching to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets and verticals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in both private and public sectors
  • Develop and manage long-term client relationships
  • Serve as a key point of contact for post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up to date with OEM product offerings, features, and roadmap updates
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, forecasts, and activity reports using CRM tools

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B tech or enterprise solution sales
  • Strong understanding of technologies including ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, business intelligence tools, custom application development, and OEM software solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation

N300,000 – N350,000 per month
