Job Summary
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and promoting the KIA brand through outstanding service and professionalism.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive,smart, open to learning, goal driven, persuasive, and result-driven, with a passion for customer satisfaction and automotive excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt feedback on market trends.
- Participate actively in sales promotional campaigns and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold brand service standards.
- Adhere strictly to company price policies and discount guidelines.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer database.
- Welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive showroom experience.
- Follow up with existing customers to generate referral leads and repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in automobile sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
