## Title: Sales Executive – Ibadan
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team in Ibadan.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify and action commercial opportunities
- Develop and manage key accounts, distribution channels, and project sales
- Conduct market research including market trends and competitive analysis
- Prepare sales reports and presentations
- Operate effectively in business-to-business environments
- Translate technical concepts for commercial benefit
- Contribute to the annual budget forecasting process
- Work in accordance with sales policies, procedures, and internal control measures
Required Qualifications
- BSc in any discipline
- At least 3–5 years' experience in a sales role with proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in the cosmetics/skincare industry
- Demonstrated success selling new concepts and products
- Willingness to travel
Required Skills & Competencies
- Assertive and well-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities
- Proven technical competence and understanding of technical concepts
- Thorough knowledge of business processes (forecasting, sales reports, presentation skills, supply chain)
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Resilient and able to work under pressure while managing stress effectively
- Commitment to continuous self-development
- Broader understanding of economic drivers
Advantageous Experience
- Previous experience in the construction industry
