Job Summary
BOGO Beverages is seeking a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing beverage team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our brand's market share, building and maintaining strong distributor and retail relationships, and achieving sales growth across Delta (Sapele/Warri) and Benin regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and regional targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers, distributors, and retail outlets
- Ensure effective product distribution, visibility, and availability across all sales channels
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain market presence and drive brand performance
- Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain long-term loyalty
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in beverage sales or FMCG, with a strong understanding of the Delta/Benin market
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting abilities
- Must own a car, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel across assigned territories
- Must currently reside in Benin
