## Title: Sales Executive - Delta Region

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing beverage team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our brand's market share, building and maintaining strong distributor and retail relationships, and achieving sales growth across Delta (Sapele/Warri) and Benin regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and regional targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers, distributors, and retail outlets
  • Ensure effective product distribution, visibility, and availability across all sales channels
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain market presence and drive brand performance
  • Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain long-term loyalty

Required Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in beverage sales or FMCG, with strong understanding of the Delta/Benin market
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical, planning, and reporting abilities
  • Must own a car and have a valid driver's license
  • Willing to travel across assigned territories
  • Must currently reside in Delta (Sapele/Warri area)
