## Title: Sales Executive
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through lead qualification, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. The successful candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling, leveraging expertise to identify and qualify leads with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated through inbound phone, email, and website inquiries
- Qualify prospects to ensure they align with target market segments
- Nurture prospects from initial interest to close as quickly as possible
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional responses to prospect inquiries
- Educate prospects about products and services
- Strategize and present high-level technical and business solutions based on understanding of prospect business processes
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
- Assist with lead generation activities, including cold calling when necessary
- Stay current on products, services, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Manage and track a high volume of prospects using the CRM system
- Update sales pipeline and forecasting information
- Maintain paperwork for sales commissions
- Assist Accounting with collections as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
- 2+ years of experience selling software business applications, ideally CRM, ERP, Financial Services, or Capital Market solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively
- Proven comfort and skill navigating through all levels of an organization
- Ability to clearly articulate a value proposition
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with outstanding presentation abilities
- Highly organized and self-directed approach to sales development
- High energy level and results-driven personality
