Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding Business Development team. In this role, you will build and manage client relationships, provide professional financial planning and insurance advisory services, and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, confident, and passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions while contributing to the organization's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote a variety of insurance products (Family and General)
• Build, manage, and retain a portfolio of individual and corporate clients
• Provide professional financial planning and insurance advisory services
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall team performance
• Proactively follow up on leads and develop lasting client relationships
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance sales and advisory skills
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all activities
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in handling company-related information, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and internal policies
• Promptly report any suspected data breaches or unauthorized access to the appropriate company authority
• Provide support to management and staff as required
• Execute any other duties and tasks as designated by the Company

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any discipline
• Experience in insurance or sales is an added advantage
