Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of products or services, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify leads and opportunities, from qualifying to closing deals
• Pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase company revenue
• Utilize sales tools and methodologies to optimize results
• Build and develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Attend physical and virtual meetings to close deals
• Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits
• Negotiate contracts, prices, quantities, and specifications while balancing client needs with organizational interests
• Research the market and competition to identify what makes the organization's offering the best choice for customers
• Set goals and identify actions to achieve them
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met
• Address customer questions and concerns, providing tailored solutions
• Ensure contracts and SLAs are accurate and in line with company policies
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of success in sales in a corporate environment
• 3 years' experience in relevant sales role
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive mindset and professional attitude
