A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Job brief - We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and support the company’s growth through effective marketing and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities - Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets - Conduct property tours, site visits, and presentations - Manage client inquiries and provide professional guidance - Negotiate offers, payment plans, and closing terms - Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports - Promote properties through calls, social media, and field marketing. Requirements - OND, HND, BSc holders - 0 – 1 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work with sales targets and handle fieldwork - Good knowledge of the real estate market - Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing.
