Sales Executive at Prime Pharmacy

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our pharmacy retail team. In this role, you will work on the store sales floor, providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining store organization, managing inventory, and processing customer transactions while demonstrating strong knowledge of our products and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly assistance
• Assist customers in locating products and provide personalized product recommendations
• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain organized, well-stocked displays
• Attach and update price tags on goods
• Monitor product expiration dates and ensure timely removal of expired items
• Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale system and issue receipts
• Bag purchased items for customers accurately
• Verify that all purchased goods are properly bagged and accounted for
• Report discrepancies, customer concerns, payment issues, and equipment defects to the supervisor
• Maintain knowledge of store layout, inventory, and company policies to provide accurate information
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• FSLC or HND qualification
• 0-1 year of work experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
