## Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate
About the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals for our properties. This role involves proactive prospecting, managing leads, conducting site inspections, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Support the design and implementation of strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure strong market presence
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Coordinate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) on property closings, document signing, and fund disbursement
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
- Provide weekly updates to clients
- Stay knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Report to the Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the MD and Chairman
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the real estate sector (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field
