## Title: Sales Executive

About the Role

The KOKO Group is seeking a motivated, articulate, and resourceful individual to join our operations team in a Sales Executive position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline effectively
  • Analyse market trends and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets
  • Manage client relationships and drive retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in Business
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience across all stages of the sales cycle
  • Proven ability to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Confidence in client-facing interactions
