## Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive market growth by acquiring new clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and promoting our international payments and financial analytics solutions. You will serve as the face of our company to prospects, responsible for meeting sales targets, educating customers about our services, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients (businesses, merchants, SMEs) in the domestic and cross-border payments space using multiple outreach channels including cold calls, email, social media, and networking
- Present and explain product offerings to potential clients, highlighting value propositions such as transparency in fees, real-time FX rates, and transaction speed
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate closely with operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and integration
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
- Participate in marketing and promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to represent the company and generate new leads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain financial products, fees, FX rates, and transaction flows
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs with a data-driven mindset
- Self-motivated and resilient with strong follow-through on leads and deal closure
