As a Sales Executive, you will act as a bridge between our customers and our business units. Using a consultative selling strategy, you will understand customers' business needs, including their current situation and future direction, and propose solutions and capabilities that exceed expectations and enhance their ability to drive improved business results.
You will be responsible for gaining new business, retaining existing customers, and growing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
- Create and deliver compelling, accurate, and informative sales presentations
- Cultivate solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends and market activities
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly
- Submit orders timely and follow through to ensure customer requests are honored
