## Title: Sales Executive - Fashion Retail
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic fashion retail team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving store sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques
- Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers, ensuring a superior shopping experience
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines within the store
- Monitor stock levels, support inventory management, and promptly communicate restocking needs
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales performance
- Collaborate with store teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns
- Track personal sales performance and contribute to overall store KPIs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, product lines, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Experience in a structured retail environment (preferred)
- Strong passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic retail POS systems
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
