Job description

This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and contact potential customers to generate new business. - Present and promote products/services to customers in a clear, persuasive manner. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities. - Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback. - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally and promptly. - Participate in promotional activities, field marketing, and product demonstrations. - Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer details. - Work closely with operations and marketing teams to improve brand visibility Requirements: - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Persuasive selling ability and confidence - Customer service orientation - Time management and organizational skills - Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office - Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines Education: and Experience: - OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 1–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (entry level acceptable if well trained).
