Position Overview: The Sales Executive – (Luxury Gifting) is responsible for delivering a refined client experience, achieving boutique sales targets, and maintaining the brand’s reputation for elegance and exclusivity. This role requires a poised, proactive, and service-driven individual who understands the art of luxury sales and gift personalization. - Client Engagement & Sales - Product & Brand Expertise - Store Operations &Administration - Customer Relationship Management - Reporting & Compliance Skills: & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Minimum of 1 year in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle sales - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent grooming and sense of style - Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Willingness to work weekends and festive seasons - Knowledge of luxury retail standards and customer service practices - Strong visual merchandising and packaging skills - Basic digital marketing awareness for client engagement - Elegant, confident, and customer-centric demeanor - Creative and detail-oriented, with refined taste - Results-driven with strong work ethics - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities - High integrity and discretion when dealing with high-end clientele.
