We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Brief - The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting leads into long-term customers. The successful candidate will be confident in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while contributing to the company’s revenue growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, with a strong focus on closing deals. - Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. - Clearly articulate Voyatek Group’s products and services to prospective customers. - Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines using CRM tools. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. - Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding. Requirements: & Skills - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. - A minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in sales. - Demonstrated ability to close sales and deliver measurable results. - Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills. - A clear growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve. - High level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability. - Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. - Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and performance tracking. - Prior experience within the travel and tourism industry will be considered an added advantage.
