Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth for a reputable organization in the pest control industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven corporate B2B sales experience, and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role calls for a results-driven professional who can quickly identify opportunities, generate leads, and seamlessly convert them to a paying client. Candidates with an established industry presence or strong professional networks that can be leveraged for immediate impact will be highly valued.

- Understand and effectively communicate product offerings, functionally, positioning, and competitive advantage.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and drive Pest control business growth within the various channel.
- Market services to prospective clients and Continuously source for new accounts and new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Monitor market trends, product performance and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and professional development opportunities.
- Analyze key market trends & competitive activities to anticipate opportunities & issues to facilitate next steps to tap or defend.
- Gather information on competitors, suggesting strategies to attain a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, also preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Build and maintain professional networks of clients.
- Bsc or HND in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, with a proven track record of success, is crucial. Experience specifically in the pest control industry is highly desirable.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, and account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
