## Title: Sales & Customer Service Officer (Ready-to-Wear Factory)

About the Role

We are a dynamic team expanding our operations and seeking talented professionals to join our sales and customer service department. This is an operations-aligned role that combines customer engagement with order management and production coordination.

2 Officers

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience
  • Previous experience in a fashion house, ready-to-wear brand, clothing factory, or boutique
  • Experience will be verified through employer references, task assessments, and practical scenarios
  • Applicants exaggerating their experience will be disqualified

Core Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to customers (walk-in and online)
  • Accurate order intake and documentation
  • Confirm and clarify proper measurements with customers
  • Explain fabrics, styles, production timelines, and expectations clearly
  • Coordinate fittings where applicable
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with customers until delivery
  • Ensure clean handover of orders to the production team
  • Liaise with logistics and dispatch for timely deliveries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order history
  • Uphold brand tone, professionalism, and composure at all times

Essential Requirements

Literacy & Technical Proficiency

  • Read and write clearly in English
  • Use WhatsApp Business professionally
  • Fill order sheets accurately and completely
  • Interpret measurements correctly
  • Follow written standard operating procedures without confusion

Process Understanding

You must understand that sales and customer service operates as a complete system, including: order intake, measurement confirmation, fabric and style selection, timeline management, fitting coordination, customer follow-up, production handover, and delivery coordination.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
  • Performance-Based Bonuses tied to:
    • Accuracy of customer orders and measurements
    • Ability to convert inquiries into paid orders
    • Building customer trust and brand loyalty
    • Timely and proper follow-ups
    • Clean handover to production
    • Zero avoidable customer complaints
    • Delivery accuracy and coordination
  • Accommodation: Available
  • Note: This is not a commission-only or market-hawking role

Working Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: Rotated between the two officers (not weekly for both)
