About the Role
A dynamic team at 68byalake is expanding and seeking talented Sales & Customer Service Officers to join our operations. This is an operations-aligned sales and customer service role—not commission-only or market-hawking work.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience
- Previous experience working in a fashion house, ready-to-wear brand, clothing factory, or boutique
- Experience will be verified through previous employer references, task questions, and practical scenarios
- Applicants exaggerating experience will be disqualified
Core Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to customers (walk-in and online)
- Accurate order intake and documentation
- Confirm and clarify proper measurements
- Explain fabrics, styles, timelines, and delivery expectations clearly
- Coordinate fittings where applicable
- Conduct daily follow-ups with customers until delivery
- Ensure clean handover of orders to the production team
- Liaise with logistics and dispatch teams for deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer records and order history
- Uphold brand tone, professionalism, and composure at all times
Required Skills & Competencies
Literacy & Technical Proficiency
- Read and write clearly in English
- Use WhatsApp Business professionally
- Complete order sheets accurately
- Interpret measurements correctly
- Follow written standard operating procedures without confusion
Process Awareness
Must understand that sales and customer service operates as a system, including:
- Order intake
- Measurement confirmation
- Production coordination
- Delivery tracking
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
- Performance-Based Bonuses tied to:
- Accuracy of customer orders and measurements
- Conversion of inquiries to paid orders
- Customer trust and brand loyalty

- Clean handover to production
- Zero avoidable customer complaints

Working Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: Rotated between the two officers (not weekly for both)
