## Title: Sales and Business Development Officer – Travel & Hospitality

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a Sales and Business Development role within the travel and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B partnerships, including travel agencies, corporate clients, destination management companies (DMCs), online travel agencies (OTAs), and relevant industry associations
  • Nurture and grow relationships with existing high-value partners to maximize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and tour operators
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and business development initiatives for senior management

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
  • 5–6 years of experience within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
  • In-depth knowledge of travel distribution channels (e.g., B2B, B2C, OTAs, GDS)
  • Strong network within the travel and hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of travel operations, airline ticketing, and tour packaging
