## Title: Sales & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to achieve and exceed overall sales and business development objectives
- Oversee marketing spend to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI
- Supervise preparation and submission of proposals and bids to secure high-value contracts
- Identify and develop key relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Report performance insights and progress to the Head of Business Services, highlighting opportunities and challenges
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 7–10 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles within the oil & gas, EPCIC, or energy services sector
- Proven track record of revenue growth and successful tendering in high-value projects
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and management skills
- Excellent understanding of the Nigerian oil & gas market, NIPEX tendering processes, and regulatory frameworks
