About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Eletrik Planet Nigeria as a Sales & Business Development Executive. This role combines business development and sales responsibilities, requiring both technical engineering expertise and strong commercial acumen. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in engineering services, including electrical, power, and renewable energy sectors
- Analyze industry trends and market conditions to inform business strategies
- Monitor competitors and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet industry requirements
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth strategies
- Assist in developing and executing tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs
- Execute project delivery end-to-end, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and timelines
- Drive electrical sales, procurement, and installations as specified by clients
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and prospects
- Support the development and execution of business plans to achieve growth targets
- Work closely with internal and external teams to identify customer needs and market trends
- Promote the firm's brand and content across all organization social media platforms
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical engineering background or skills in electrical, power, or renewable energy sectors
- Proven business development and sales experience
- Strong market research and analytical capabilities
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies
- Project management and delivery experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media marketing and brand promotion
