About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in a Sales Attendant position.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers in the store
• Research prospects and generate leads
• Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person
• Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals
• Manage the sales process through specific software programs
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Participate in sales team meetings

Requirements and Qualifications

• OND, HND, or BSC in a related field
• 1+ years of experience as a sales representative
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
