A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Job Objectives
  • The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive in-store experience for customers.
  • The role involves product knowledge, customer engagement, merchandising, and compliance with store policies to achieve sales targets and support overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by management.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and accessories to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and product information are communicated to customers.
Customer Service & Experience:
  • Provide a warm, professional, and courteous customer experience at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure adherence to customer service standards and brand values.
Product Knowledge & Merchandising:
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, features, benefits, and usage.
  • Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure products are well-displayed, clean, and properly merchandised according to store standards.
  • Participate in stock arrangement, shelf labeling, and visual merchandising activities.
Store Operations & Compliance:
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Ensure proper handling of cash, POS reconciliation, and documentation.
  • Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, security, and stock control.
  • Participate in stock counts, inventory checks, and discrepancy reporting.
Teamwork & Communication:
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Communicate customer feedback, product issues, and operational challenges to supervisors.
Health, Safety & Professional Conduct:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
  • Comply with health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Uphold professionalism, punctuality, grooming standards, and ethical conduct at all times.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Individual sales target achievement.
  • Conversion rate and average transaction value.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
