About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers throughout the store
• Monitor aisles and identify stock that needs replacing
• Stack shelves and display areas, including fridges and freezers
• Clean shelves and maintain neat, dry stock conditions
• Assist customers with queries and direct them to product locations
• Rotate stock to ensure goods with the earliest sell-by dates are placed at the front
• Operate checkouts, scan goods, assist with packing, and process payments
• Manage merchandise returns

Requirements

• SSCE, GCE, NECO, or OND qualification
• 1 - 4 years of relevant work experience
