## Title: Sales Associate - Software Solutions

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in B2B software and digital solutions sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and identify potential clients requiring software or digital solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for growth and deal closures
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
  • Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and drive deals to closure
  • Provide timely after-sales support to clients, addressing issues and coordinating with technical teams to ensure service quality and satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and forecasts in CRM tools and prepare periodic reports on sales performance

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, or technology solutions
  • Strong background in solution selling and ability to translate technical offerings into business value
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce)
