An established company is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences for customers through effective engagement and exceptional customer service aimed at driving sales, achieving customer satisfaction, and improving customer retention
• Promote brand and product awareness and loyalty by gaining and utilizing comprehensive understanding of brand knowledge and technical product knowledge
• Execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and in-store activities to drive sales and promote customer loyalty
• Maintain product placement and visual merchandising standards in line with set guidelines
• Drive sales to achieve set financial and performance targets
• Gather accurate market data including customer information, feedback, trends, demographics, and sales data to drive market analysis and inform business decisions
• Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy across product categories to maximize sale opportunities and prevent shrinkage

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools
