About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistants to support store operations during the busy festive season. This is a great short-term opportunity for individuals who enjoy retail, gift packaging, and creating delightful shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection in-store
• Wrap gifts and prepare party packs promptly and neatly
• Stock and restock shelves to ensure attractive product displays
• Conduct walkthroughs to maintain store cleanliness and product availability
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Assist sales associates and supervisors with daily operations
• Participate in promotional activities and in-store events
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; undergraduates are encouraged to apply
• 0–1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of sales, customer service, and store operations
• Ability to wrap gifts and prepare party packs efficiently
• Friendly, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated to customer satisfaction
• Experience in gift wrapping or stocking is a plus
• Proximity to store locations is essential
