About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Sales Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting prescription and non-prescription products
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain stock levels by receiving, unpacking, labeling, and displaying products
• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Provide information on product features, usage, and pricing

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND qualification
• Additional training in sales is an added advantage
• 2 years retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
