Sales and Marketing Specialist (Banking)

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Abuja. - The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. - Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, providing outstanding customer service, and conducting training sessions to enhance customer satisfaction. - Collaboration with other teams to achieve organizational goals is also expected. Required Qualifications: - Strong ability to drive revenue growth and build relationship with clients - Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets - Experience in conducting Training and mentoring team members or clients on products and services - Understanding of the banking or financial services industry is preferred - Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-oriented personality - Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related fields
