Position Overview

As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and drive growth in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets for pharmaceuticals, bottled water, and animal supplements
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and build partnerships with distributors, retailers, pharmacies, veterinary clinics, and other stakeholders
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the pharmaceutical, water, and animal health sectors
• Manage promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, product launches, and advertising initiatives
• Achieve sales quotas by generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales with key clients
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels
• Represent the company at industry events and foster long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Veterinary Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or animal health industries
• Proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding sales targets
