Sales and Marketing Officer

About the Role

Beacongate Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive business growth through strategic planning and effective market engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives while building strong client relationships and promoting the company's brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support effective marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI
• Attend industry events, trainings, and conferences to network and promote the company's brand

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within a training institute, marketing, or related industry
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques, including online marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset

• Must reside in or around Ogudu, Ojota, Ketu, Gbagada, Maryland, Alapere, Magodo, or Kosofe
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
