## Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and optimize product sales across domestic and international markets.

The role requires strong knowledge of the mining value chain, commodity markets, pricing mechanisms, customer relationship management, and regulatory compliance within the solid minerals sector.

The successful candidate will lead sales planning, contract negotiations, market intelligence, branding, and customer engagement to ensure sustainable profitability and long-term market positioning of the company's mineral products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for coal and/or metallic mineral products in line with company objectives
  • Identify and secure new customers, distributors, off-takers, and strategic partners locally and internationally
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, volume optimization, and contract management
  • Prepare and negotiate sales agreements, supply contracts, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs)
  • Conduct market research to analyze demand trends, pricing benchmarks, competitor activities, and emerging markets
  • Monitor global commodity prices and advise management on market opportunities and risks
  • Identify new applications and value-added opportunities for mineral products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, regulators, and industry stakeholders
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, complaints, and delivery challenges
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to strengthen brand visibility and market penetration
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, and investor forums
