## Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

About the Role

Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager for a reputable hospitality organization in Lagos, Nigeria. Due to increasing activities, we urgently require a dedicated professional to execute our sales strategy and maximize revenues across all revenue-generating outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel and actively monitor progress against KPIs, budgets, and revenue targets
  • Liaise with the General Manager and Head Office in adopting price strategies across the hotel
  • Build and develop relationships with current and new clients
  • Analyze current markets and identify new market opportunities and potential clients
  • Manage tour series contracting activities
  • Organize and conduct site inspections and familiarization trips in conjunction with the hotel team
  • Manage the number and performance of third-party and promotional websites, liaising with providers to optimize the hotel's online position
  • Proactively monitor the hotel's profile on social media platforms and ensure timely, appropriate responses
  • Liaise with the Digital Team to manage the hotel website content
  • Develop and agree departmental sales plans and communicate them clearly to all stakeholders
  • Manage all promotional collateral from conception through design, print, and brand compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing activities within the hospitality industry
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with a top-branded hotel
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operational software

Key Objectives

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for maximizing revenues across all revenue-generating outlets, including bedrooms, meetings and events, and food and beverage operations.
