Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to drive business growth across Lagos, Oyo, Abuja, and Ogun. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and contributing to overall brand performance in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients across diverse industries to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility across the territory
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights that support sales and marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
• 3–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably within Oil & Gas, FMCG, Generator Sales, Industrial Products, or manufacturing industry
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
