## Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – Northern Nigeria
Job Summary
Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to spearhead commercial activities in the Northern region of Nigeria, with a primary base in Kano. The successful candidate must possess deep local market knowledge and the necessary language skills to build strong client relationships across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing strategy execution to achieve regional revenue targets across Northern Nigeria
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers in the designated territory
- Conduct proactive market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities specific to the Northern market
- Negotiate and close sales deals, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up
- Provide regular and comprehensive reports on market feedback, sales performance, and regional trends to management
- Represent the company at trade shows and local business events within the region to enhance brand presence
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Fluency in the Hausa language (essential for effective communication and relationship building)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the Textiles industry is a significant added advantage
