Role Summary
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive, located in Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria.
- The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales process.
- The Sales and Marketing Executive will also be responsible for growing market presence, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new clients, segments, and business opportunities.
- Manage major accounts, negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Conduct market research to track trends and support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with the diagnostic services and operational goals.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure prompt payment tracking, account reconciliation, and credit control.
- Work with the company team to ensure timely product delivery.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities.
- Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
- 3–7 years’ experience in sales/marketing within the medical field (diagnostic centers).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and achieving targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and exploit business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment..
- Proficient in Excel to Prepare quotations.
