We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Location: Okota, Lagos Position Overview: - We're looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. - You'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base. - Your goal will be to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success. Key Responsibilities Sales: - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to achieve sales targets. - Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services and communicate their value to customers. Marketing: - Marketing Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach new customers and increase brand awareness. - Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.). - Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Shared Responsibilities: - Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to achieve business objectives. - Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. - Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and marketing processes, products, and services. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field. - 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry. Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and marketing tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to easily commute to work, i.e. reside within Ago Palace Way, Isolo/Oshodi LGA.
