Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Credit Officer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will evaluate credit applications, determine creditworthiness, and make sound credit decisions. This position requires expertise in credit analysis, risk assessment, and lending practices to ensure responsible and effective lending.

Responsibilities

• Drive credit product sales and meet set portfolio targets
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value clients
• Achieve individual and branch sales goals
• Analyze credit applications and financial statements to assess creditworthiness
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend credit limits and terms
• Make informed credit decisions based on analysis and risk assessment
• Monitor credit performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales within financial services or commercial banking
• Strong knowledge of credit and sales
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
