## Title: Sales and Business Development Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive revenue growth, build alliances, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to achieve and exceed overall sales and business development objectives
- Oversee marketing spend to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI
- Supervise preparation and submission of proposals and bids to secure high-value contracts
- Identify and develop key relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Report performance insights and progress to the Head of Business Services, highlighting opportunities and challenges
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve revenue growth against approved budget
- Ensure sales team target achievement of 90%
- Drive marketing ROI effectiveness through efficient budget management
- Improve tender success rate relative to pipeline opportunities
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 7–10 years' experience in sales, business development, or related roles within the oil and gas, EPCIC, or energy services sector
- Proven track record of revenue growth and successful tendering in high-value projects
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Excellent understanding of the Nigerian oil and gas market, NIPEX tendering processes, and regulatory frameworks
