## Title: Sales and Business Development Manager
Job Summary
The Sales & Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has strong experience selling healthcare solutions, services, or medical products, and possesses excellent digital skills to leverage technology, data, and digital marketing for business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, HMOs, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and corporate health programs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the health sector
- Identify partnership opportunities with health providers, digital health platforms, NGOs, and government agencies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Develop and present business cases for new initiatives and service expansions
Digital & Tech-driven Sales
- Use digital tools and platforms (CRM, analytics, automation, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.) to enhance prospecting and sales efficiency
- Leverage data insights to improve customer targeting, engagement, and conversion
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients and ensure top-quality customer experience
- Conduct regular client engagement reviews and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and follow-through on service delivery
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in sales and business development
