## Title: Sales and Business Development Executive – Media

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue growth. This role requires proactive client engagement and supporting the commercial team to convert audience influence into sustainable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales of advertising slots, show sponsorships, and branded content
  • Identify and pitch potential brand and corporate partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintain sales pipelines, track targets, and support reporting
  • Collaborate with production and commercial teams to ensure brand-aligned deals

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Media/Advertising roles

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of media sales (TV, digital, branded content)
  • Excellent presentation and pitching skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
