Responsibilities - Assess and analyze credit risk for salary loan applications in line with company policies. - Conduct background checks, document verification, and credit assessments on prospective clients. - Monitor loan performance and identify early warning signals on delinquent accounts. - Prepare risk assessment reports and make recommendations to management. - Ensure compliance with internal risk controls and regulatory requirements. - Support risk mitigation strategies to minimize loan defaut Experience Required - Minimum of 1–2 years in salary loans, consumer lending, or a related role.
